- Promotions:
- Choosing a sponsorship at the gala will afford you exposure to Baton Rouge
and southeast Louisiana’s high net worth individuals. Last year 76 people
attended and helped raise over $20,000. The primary target market for the gala
will consist of both men and women, from 35-55 with significant disposable income.
- In order to reach this primary market several types of media will be utilized.
The Art for the Heart committee will place advertisements in Baton Rouge’s local
newspaper The Advocate, who has a daily average of 105,000 readers.
Advertisements will initially be placed in local magazines such as: 225- a monthly
magazine distributed throughout the greater Baton Rouge area, City Social- catering to
the affluent residents of Baton Rouge, and Country Roads- segmented towards the arts
community within Baton Rouge.
- Posters, leaflets, handbills, and fliers will be distributed through sponsors locations,
as well as at art showcases, hospitals, and doctors clinics. This will allow your company to
be exposed to an ever greater audience within Baton Rouge and the southeast Louisiana region.
A cross marketing effort will be established through the previously mentioned promotional
materials, but will also include be showcase on a website established for the Art for the
Heart gala.
